Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR department with various administrative and operational tasks. The intern will be primarily responsible for documentation, data management using Excel/Google Sheets, onboarding support, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and processes.
Job Location: Mumbai ( work from office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize HR documents, files, and employee records.
- Create, update, and manage data using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Perform basic data analysis and generate reports for HR metrics.
- Assist in onboarding activities for new hires (documentation, orientation, coordination).
- Support the HR Head in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help coordinate internal communication related to HR updates.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, charts, data sorting).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
