Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all facets of HR, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance.
Role & responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and screening resumes
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Support hiring managers with scheduling and feedback collection - Onboarding & Offboarding:
Help organize orientation sessions for new hires
Prepare onboarding kits and maintain employee records
Support exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and update documentation - Employee Engagement & Communication:
Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events
Maintain internal communication channels (e.g., HR newsletter, updates)
Gather employee feedback through surveys and support culture-building initiatives - HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee data in HRIS and spreadsheets
Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
Help with documentation, filing, and record-keeping
Preferred candidate profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR tools/HRIS is a plus
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about various HR functions
