Role Overview

We are looking for a
dynamic and approachable person (male/female)
who can interact with hospital visitors and explain the benefits of our
Health Insurance Policies
. The role involves engaging with walk-in patients/attendants, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards choosing the right policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors in the hospital and explain available Health Insurance plans.
  • Educate customers on policy benefits, premium, and claims process.
  • Convince and support customers in purchasing the policy.
  • Maintain good relations with hospital staff and visitors.
  • Achieve monthly conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Residing in or around
    Ambattur
    (mandatory).
  • Minimum 12th Pass (graduates preferred).
  • Good communication skills in
    Tamil
    (basic English is a plus).
  • Prior sales/marketing/insurance/healthcare experience preferred but not compulsory.
  • Energetic, confident, and comfortable approaching people.

Salary & Benefits

  • Commission Only – 20% per policy sold
