Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an RCM Operations Manager based in Ambattur, Chennai. The RCM Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of revenue cycle processes, engage in claim denial resolutions, and ensure efficient handling of health insurance claims. Responsibilities also include leading and training the RCM team, monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare claims processing, and denial remediation
  • Ability to lead and train an RCM team, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in using AI or machine learning tools, particularly in healthcare settings, is a plus
