Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding home loan offers
  • Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly
  • Maintain accurate customer data and call records
  • Meet daily and weekly lead generation and conversion targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

Eligibility & Requirements

Education:

  • Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate

Experience:

  • Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

Gender:

  • Female candidates only

Skills:

  • Strong communication and convincing ability
  • Pleasant personality and customer handling skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of home loan process (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
