Facility & Field Operations Executive

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Facility & Field Operations Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage day-to-day office maintenance, facility operations, and field-level technical support.

The ideal candidate should hold an ITI certification or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or a related technical field) and be hands-on with civil, electrical, and basic IT hardware tasks.

Responsibilities include supervising office infrastructure, handling routine repairs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. The role also involves regular travel to field sites for inspections, minor civil works, and on-ground coordination. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and supporting office teams with any technical needs. Strong problem-solving skills, basic computer literacy (MS Excel, email), and good communication are essential.
