Job Title: Marketplace Manager – E-commerce & Q-Commerce

Location: Kirloskar Business Park, Hebbal, Bangalore

Department: E-commerce / Online Sales

Experience Required: 3+ years

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Budget: Up to ₹8 LPA (Max)

About Protyze:

Protyze is a fast-growing nutrition and wellness brand delivering science-backed products for fitness and everyday health. We are expanding rapidly across D2C e-commerce and quick commerce platforms and are seeking a skilled Marketplace Manager to scale our online presence and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow Protyze's presence across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Google Shopping) and Q-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Swiggy).

Handle product listings, cataloging, and content optimization to ensure brand consistency and maximum visibility.

Drive sales and operational efficiency through pricing strategies, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Plan and execute campaigns, offers, and ad promotions to increase sales and marketplace ranking.

Monitor marketplace performance metrics, analyze data, and implement growth strategies.

Resolve escalations, manage vendor/platform coordination, and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketplace management, D2C operations, or e-commerce/Q-commerce platforms.

Proven track record in scaling D2C brands or online sales channels.

2+ years of stability in the current or previous organization.

Expertise in cataloging, content management, pricing, inventory, and campaign execution.

Data-driven with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and analytics tools.

Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Preferred:

Experience in FMCG, Nutrition, or Wellness categories.

Exposure to performance marketing, ad campaigns, and D2C website management.

Immediate joiners or max 30 day NP.
