About the RoleAs a Human Resources Officer at KabhiB, you'll play a key role in supporting our people and business growth. You'll manage end-to-end HR operations, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with best practices and labor laws. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact at a leading Bakery brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, onboarding, and induction for new hires. Support employee relations by addressing queries, resolving grievances, and promoting a positive workplace cultureImplement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement activities.

Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, performance, and employee files. Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth. Generate HR reports and analyze key metrics such as turnover and retention.

Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and recognition programs. Advise managers and staff on HR matters, providing guidance on policies and performance management. Support compensation and benefits administration, including health and wellness programs.

Qualifications5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or retail environment. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. What
