Position Overview: Human Resources Executive As a Human Resources Executive, you will be an integral part of our recruitment and talent management operations. You will handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified and capable candidates across different business functions. This role is well-suited for HR professionals seeking long-term career growth, leadership potential, and the opportunity to contribute significantly to a purpose-driven startup.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Workforce Planning & Strategy Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce gaps. Design strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational growth objectives. 2. Talent Sourcing & Outreach Actively source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal referrals, and local/regional channels. Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool for current and future requirements. 3. Candidate Assessment & Interviews Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and suitability. Coordinate with panel members for structured technical and HR interviews. Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. 4. Offer Management & Documentation Manage CTC discussions, negotiate offers, and issue appointment letters. Collect and verify pre-joining documents for compliance and onboarding. 5. Onboarding & Employee Integration Facilitate seamless virtual onboarding, orientation sessions, and first-week support. Ensure smooth transition and early-stage engagement for new hires. 6. Background Verification & Compliance Execute employment verification checks as per internal policies and external regulations. Maintain accurate hiring records and ensure legal compliance in all recruitment processes. 7. Performance Reporting & Analytics Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.). Generate weekly/monthly dashboards and hiring status reports for leadership review. 8. Field Hiring Support (Assistant Managers & Sales Executives) Lead recruitment drives for field roles like Assistant Managers and Field Sales Executives (FSEs) across multiple regions. Work closely with operations to meet recruitment deadlines and targets. 9. Employer Branding & Talent Communication Promote Spixar as an employer of choice through social media, job fairs, and digital campaigns. Contribute to candidate communication strategies and engagement initiatives.

Candidate Requirments: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resource operations. Proficiency in using ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and job boards. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR ethics, and compliance standards. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple hiring processes, and work independently in a remote setup. A proactive, collaborative, and goal-driven personality.

Compensation & Payment Terms: Phase 1: First 6 Months – Performance-Based Compensation During the initial 6 months, HR Executives will receive variable pay based on hiring closures. You will earn a per-closure incentive for every successfully hired and onboarded candidate. This model rewards productivity and ensures high-performance hiring output.

Phase 2: After 6 Months – Fixed CTC Incentives Upon successful performance review, candidates will be transitioned to a fixed monthly salary structure (Fixed CTC). Additional performance-linked incentives and leadership roles will be available for high achievers.
