Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Human Resource Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete hiring process, employee documentation, attendance management, and employee engagement activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Handle and maintain
    all HR documentation
    such as employee files, contracts, and records.
  • Plan, organize, and execute
    employee engagement activities
    to foster a positive work culture.
  • Maintain accurate
    attendance records
    and ensure timely updates of leave and attendance data.
  • Keep updated records of the
    retail team's performance, attendance, and other HR-related data
    .
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and assist in policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or related role (Freshers with strong interest in HR may also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented.
