Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Academic Excellence Manager (Sr. AEM) to lead and mentor Academic Excellence Managers (AEMs) across South India. The Sr. AEM will oversee regional academic operations, guide partner schools, ensure smooth program implementation, and manage selected schools directly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and guide Academic Excellence Managers in South India.
  • Act as the escalation point for academic and operational issues in partner schools.
  • Conduct school visits (15–20 days/month) to monitor program implementation quality.
  • Train teachers and coordinators on SpeEdLabs' platform, methodology, and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with principals and school leadership teams.
  • Ensure delivery excellence, prepare reports, and share insights from the region.
  • Collaborate with product, training, and sales teams for continuous program improvement.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Science, or Management.
  • 4–8 years of experience in academics, school coordination, or EdTech.
  • Experience in team management or regional operations preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Telugu and English (spoken & written) required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South India (15–20 days/month).
  • Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory.
