Key Responsibilities:

  • Tele Sales & Lead Management:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.
  • Follow up with inquiries, share product/service information, and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate customer information and activity records.
  • Team Handling:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of telecallers/sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance productivity.
  • Track team performance and ensure timely reporting to management.
  • Client Coordination:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, marketing, etc.) for order processing and client support.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS data.
  • Monitor sales metrics and suggest process improvements for better conversion rates.
  • Support management in sales forecasting and target planning.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
