Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Tele Sales & Lead Management:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.
- Follow up with inquiries, share product/service information, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate customer information and activity records.
- Team Handling:
- Supervise and motivate a team of telecallers/sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance productivity.
- Track team performance and ensure timely reporting to management.
- Client Coordination:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, marketing, etc.) for order processing and client support.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS data.
- Monitor sales metrics and suggest process improvements for better conversion rates.
- Support management in sales forecasting and target planning.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
