Responsibilities:

  • TMOs will be the sales enablers and responsible to support the branch in Sales, Promotion and Branding activities.
  • Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives while keeping track of budget and spends
  • On-ground execution and supervision of promotions and activations
  • Ensuring in-time availability of POP and collaterals by managing a pool of vendors and negotiating on rates with them.
  • Responsible for maintaining the planogram and product availability at the right place in the store.
  • To provide market feedback on competition, customer behaviour and response to our marketing mix through frequent market visits with the sales team.
  • Plan and co-ordinate activities prior to launch and responsible for agreed Launch Quantities
  • Improving brand presence in the branch and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store execution and tracking in alignment with the HO and branch marketing priorities
  • Leading and managing the entire life cycle of promoters (From recruitment to sales) and ensure the desired targets are achieved and productivity is met.
  • Follow up with the vendors regarding branding and SIS deployment for better brand visibility and brand block.
  • Ensure ROI is achieved in all the marketing and branch activities
  • Research and identify new marketing opportunities.

Key Skills:

  • Good Negotiation skills, decision making and coordination with both. (Internal and external customers)
  • Good in MS Office, Especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
