Job Purpose:
The L&D Intern is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of training 
 programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. The role includes coordinating 
 learning initiatives, maintaining training data, and ensuring the alignment of training with business 
 goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination & Execution 
 Learn and observe behaviour to identify gaps in expected and actual behaviour. Derive learning 
 and development needs basis observation, customer reviews and stake holder discussions. 
 Coordinate end-to-end training logistics (scheduling, communication, venue/virtual setup, 
 feedback collection). 
 Coordination for dierent training programs and interventions 
 Maintain training calendars and ensure timely delivery of planned programs Content 
 Development & Facilitation 
 Support in developing training materials, presentations, and participant handouts. 
 Facilitate induction/orientation programs and basic training sessions as required Data 
 Management & Reporting 
 Maintain accurate training records, attendance, feedback, and evaluations. 
 Coordinate with corporate spoc , department heads, and external vendors. 
 Support in evaluating vendor performance and managing contracts if applicable Compliance 
 & Quality 
 Ensure all training programs comply with organizational policies and standards. 
 Monitor training eectiveness through feedback and suggest improvements. 
 Learning and conducting training programs starting with induction programs to behavioural 
 programs. 
 Understanding design and evaluation of training programs 
 Implement processes for evaluation of training impact by observation and data collection. 
 Learn all L&D processes to assist training manager in its implementation 
 Coordinate and organise external training programs as needed. 
 Assist with the development of strategic plans for L&D. 
 Learn continually new topics and methodologies to implement in training

 Ability to multitask and work under deadlines 
 Willingness to travel 
 Qualifications & Experience: 
Perusing Bachelor /Post graduation in Organizational Psychology/Industrial Relations
