Role & responsibilities

Strategically managed and regularly updated the Training Catalogue and Annual Training

Calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and accurate program creation in the Learning

Management System (LMS).

Streamlined training nomination processes by consolidating participant nominations,

managing end-to-end training enrollments, session bookings, and handling last-minute

cancellations to optimize training operations.

Led pre-training coordination, overseeing logistics, preparation of participant rosters,

dispatch of training invitations, and dissemination of pre-work materials, ensuring readiness

and engagement.

Governed post-training activities, including attendance tracking, feedback analysis, and

precise cost allocation, enhancing transparency and reporting accuracy for Learning &

Development (L&D) investment.

Collaborated closely with internal stakeholders to communicate L&D policies, program

updates, and organizational learning standards, driving alignment and compliance across

departments.

Maintained L&D data integrity in HR systems, monitored real-time LMS dashboards, and

initiated corrective actions to ensure reporting accuracy and informed decision-making.

Supported training delivery and execution in accordance with defined Service Level

Agreements (SLAs), ensuring high-quality and consistent learner experiences.

Managed the complete post-training invoicing lifecycle, including vendor coordination,

cost center alignment, and participant-level cost allocation, enabling financial traceability and

budget adherence
