Job Description:

Shopify Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shopify Specialist to join our team in America. We have several companies in USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify store, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and maintaining accurate product data across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

● Store Setup & Configuration ○ Create and configure new Shopify stores, including theme selection, domain setup, and payment integrations.

● Theme Customization ○ Customize and enhance themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced personalization.

● Product & Collection Management ○ Add and update products, manage variants, and organize collections. ○ Maintain accurate and consistent product data across Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and other integrated sales channels.

● App Integrations ○ Install, configure, and optimize apps from the Shopify App Store (e.g., email marketing, upselling, customer support, inventory management).

● Sales & Marketing Support ○ Assist in preparing and managing promotional campaigns. ○ Implement and optimize SEO best practices to drive traffic and visibility.

● Customer Experience Optimization ○ Optimize the checkout flow for a smooth purchasing experience. ○ Conduct A/B tests and make data-driven improvements to increase conversions.

● Maintenance & Support ○ Perform regular updates and troubleshoot technical or operational issues.

● Merchant Center Management ○ Review and manage product data in Google Merchant Center. ○ Ensure compliance with platform policies and resolve product feed issues

. ● Google My Business Management ○ Monitor and manage customer feedback. ○ Update and maintain accurate business information. ○ Ensure listing consistency across Google platforms. ○ Provide actionable insights to improve local SEO and strengthen brand reputation. Qualifications

● Proven experience working with Shopify (store setup, customization, and management). ● Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

● Experience with Google Merchant Center and resolving product feed issues.

● Experience managing Google My Business, including monitoring customer feedback, updating business information, ensuring listing accuracy, and providing insights to improve local SEO and brand reputation.

● Understanding of SEO principles and e-commerce marketing strategies.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

● Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Preferred Skills / Nice to Have

● Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools.

● Familiarity with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms.

● Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and paid social campaigns.

● Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

● Experience working with multiple marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹26, ₹27,000.00 per month
