Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order processing, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, and providing exceptional customer service. Experience with Shopify and inventory management systems is essential for this role.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: Remote

Shift timing: 6:30pm to 3:30am IST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing & Validation: Review and validate customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for product availability, order confirmation, invoicing, and payments.
  • Payment Handling: Ensure timely payments to suppliers and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Logistics & Courier Coordination: Work with logistics and courier partners to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
  • Customer Communication: Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order status, delays, and delivery confirmations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and coordinate reordering to avoid stockouts or overstock.
  • Shopify Operations: Manage backend processes on Shopify including order fulfillment, inventory sync, and updating product availability.
  • Documentation & Receipts: Generate and maintain records of goods received, order invoices, and delivery confirmations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of supply chain or procurement processes.
  • Experience with tools like Zoho Inventory, QuickBooks, ShipRocket, or similar.
  • Exposure to international shipping and customs handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
