About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Google Ads Ecommerce Specialist with proven expertise in managing high-performing campaigns across multiple ecommerce brands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, and end-to-end campaign management, delivering measurable growth in sales and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max) for ecommerce clients.
- Manage and scale campaigns for 10+ ecommerce brands within the last year, with a focus on driving profitable growth.
- Handle end-to-end campaign management, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.
- Develop compelling ad copy that generates action, interest, and engagement from targeted audiences.
- Continuously monitor, identify, and improve Google Ads Quality Score components—Ad Relevance, Expected CTR, and Landing Page Experience.
- Ensure keyword targets, landing page content, and ad copy are closely aligned and fully optimized.
- Collaborate with designers to create high-performing creative assets that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Report on campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend strategies for scaling.
- Stay updated on Google Ads best practices, ecommerce trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Continuously meet revenue and ROAS target for up to 15 to 20 client projects
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce.
- Proven track record of working with 10+ ecommerce brands in the last year.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, ecommerce tracking, and DTC growth strategies.
- Deep understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
- Strong copywriting skills for developing conversion-focused ad creatives.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data-driven optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
- Experience with retargeting, upsell, and cross-sell strategies.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and funnel optimization.
- Certification in Google Ads or related platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800, ₹1,300,000.00 per year
