Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is not just a salesperson but a full-fledged team member. This role will involve driving growth for our AI SaaS products as well as generating new software development projects for Madgeek. You will use a combination of research, AI tools, and marketing strategies to find and engage prospects, nurture relationships, and contribute to our overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients for AI SaaS products and custom software projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Use Madgeek's AI tools and market research to prospect leads and manage pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the team on marketing, content creation, and campaign strategies.
  • Support proposal creation, presentations, and business pitches.
  • Participate in shaping product positioning and messaging.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand Madgeek's presence.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset; takes ownership and actively contributes to the team.
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, CRM platforms, and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong content creation and marketing skills (writing, campaigns, social media).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
