Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    Electricity Bill Reconciliation
    — verify and match bills with meter readings, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely payments.
  • Record daily accounting entries including expenses, vendor payments, and journal vouchers.
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, bank reconciliations, and financial records.
  • Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
  • Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze expense reports and highlight discrepancies, if any.
  • Support statutory compliance activities such as GST, TDS, and other tax-related requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for audits and financial reviews.
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of all accounting documents (both digital and physical).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com).
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or reconciliation roles.
  • Strong knowledge of
    reconciliation processes
    and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, or ERP systems).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
