Role – CRM/Key Accounts Executive
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Job Location: South Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role:
The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring superior client satisfaction, and contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi, possess excellent coordination skills, and demonstrate professionalism in client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure smooth communication between client and company.
· Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Legal etc.) to ensure timely service delivery.
· Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
· Handle client issues efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
· Prepare and maintain reports, MIS summaries, and client interaction logs.
· Assist in preparing proposals, business presentations, and review meetings.
· Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and client industry updates.
Skills & Competencies:
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi. (Reading & Writing Both).
· Strong client relationship management and interpersonal abilities.
· Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
· Professional conduct, time management, and accountability.
Educational Qualification:
· Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
