Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for the position of Site Head. The Site Head will oversee daily operations, manage on-site teams, and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include leading sales efforts, implementing strategic marketing plans, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of real estate projects. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills to meet business objectives effectively.

- Expertise in Strategic Marketing, Sales Execution, and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to oversee and manage on-site teams, ensuring adherence to project goals and timelines
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities to drive project success
- Experience in budgeting, project planning, and operational efficiency in real estate projects
- Effective communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in market trend analysis and ability to adapt to competitive industry demands
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar leadership or site management role is preferred
