Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Contracts, located in Pune. The Head of Contracts will oversee contract management processes, lead negotiations, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, handling procurement-related agreements, and working closely with other departments to identify risks and opportunities. Additionally, the role encompasses managing a team, providing guidance, and ensuring efficient collaboration within the contracts division.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management responsibilities, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and legal frameworks.
  • Pre Contract, Post Contract
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate risks, terms, and conditions effectively and provide sound solutions.
  • Experience in Procurement and vendor agreement processes to support organizational goals.
  • Team Management skills to guide, mentor, and ensure collaboration among teams.
  • Relevant experience in the construction, infrastructure, or EPC industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or certifications in contract management is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
