Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the companys legal function, ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Play a critical role in the negotiation and finalization of Joint Venture agreements, project agreements, and EPC contracts for awarded projects.
  • Formulate company policies and articulate positions on key legal matters.
  • Advise senior management on regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legal standards.
  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and legal documentation to protect the organization's interests.
  • Address complex and high-impact legal issues across multiple domains.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Conduct legal research and evaluate risk factors impacting business operations and decisions.
  • Provide clear interpretations of legal terminology and requirements to internal teams.
  • Oversee litigation—including civil, criminal, IP matters, arbitration, and regulatory investigations—ensuring effective case management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Law degree and/or a master's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in corporate legal practice and litigation management.
