Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Operations, based in Pune.
A strategic and people-focused Head of Operations with a strong academic background in Psychology/Psychiatry and proven expertise in operations leadership. This role blends clinical understanding with operational excellence, driving smooth scheduling, client experience, team efficiency, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing clinical insight, business partnerships, and people leadership.

The Head of Operations will oversee daily organizational processes, drive operational efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include managing business operations, analyzing performance metrics, overseeing budgeting and financial planning, and leading cross-functional teams. The role will also involve coordinating with various departments to ensure alignment of goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications


• Master's/Doctorate in Psychology, Psychiatry, or related field


• For Psychiatrists, valid certification/license is mandatory


• 15+ years of experience in operations leadership (healthcare, mental health, or wellness preferred)


• Proven expertise in scheduling, team capacity, and compliance management


• Strong business acumen with corporate/educational partnership experience


• Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills


• Strong expertise in Operations Management and proficiency in Budgeting processes


• Proven Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions


• Experience in Team Management and the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams


• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders


• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment
