About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter Trainee to join our team for a six-month internship. This role is ideal for MBA students or recent graduates in Human Resources who are eager to gain real-world experience and contribute to various HR functions in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment tasks: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.

  • Help coordinate performance appraisals and internal surveys.

  • Draft HR-related documents and internal communications.
    Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by the HR team.


Requirements Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of HR practices and principles.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace(Google - Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Slides)

  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Home Office Requirements

  • A dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions.

  • A laptop with dual monitors for enhanced productivity.

  • High-speed internet connection with minimum speeds of:

    • 150 Mbps download

    • 9 Mbps upload
      (Test your internet at )

  • A backup internet solution (e.g., mobile hotspot) must be available.

  • Reliable electricity supply with a backup power source (e.g., inverter/UPS).

A noise-cancelling headphone ensures clear communication during calls and meetings.
