HR Executives and Trainees Location: Kochi, Kerala Industry: Packaging Machinery Manufacturing Experience: 2 – 3 Years Salary: Negotiable based on experience Company PACKMEN is a fast-growing Machinery Manufacturing Company with more than 12 years of industry presence. To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for dynamic HR Executives and trainees ,who can set up and manage the HR department from scratch. Your Role As our HR Executive, you will be responsible for building the HR function from the ground up — setting up systems, policies, and processes to manage employees effectively. The HR executive need to work closely with top management. Key Responsibilities HR Department Setup – Design policies, processes, and develop a well-defined HR MANUAL. Recruitment – Hire the right talent and build strong teams Performance Management – Define KRAs/KPIs and manage appraisals Employee Engagement – Build a positive and collaborative work culture Qualifications: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification 2 – 3 years of experience in HR (work experience in manufacturing/engineering companies is an added advantage) Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll Familiarity with HR ERP systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Freshers may apply for the post of Trainees
