As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Management Trainee - HR who is passionate about people, processes, and building strong workforce solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed an MBA with an HR specialization and is eager to develop hands-on experience in international recruitment and workforce management. Role Overview:As a Management Trainee-HR, you will work closely with our HR and recruitment team, learning the ins and outs of talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement.
This is a dynamic role where you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, managing documentation, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with international hiring standards. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of international nursing professionals. Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and manage recruitment databases.
Support HR functions, including policy implementation, employee engagement, and compliance tracking. Liaise with candidates and ensure smooth documentation and visa processing. Work on HR projects such as process improvement, workforce planning, and employer branding.
Ensure adherence to RAL quality standards and ethical recruitment practices. Provide administrative and operational support to the HR and leadership team. Who
We're Looking For:MBA in HR or equivalent from a recognized institution.0-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (internships count). Strong understanding of HR principles, recruitment processes, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
