Role & responsibilities
To achieve over 300% growth in the gearbox and service segment in the next
fiscal year by providing strategic sales initiatives, service center management in
ME, market expansion, and client relationship management
The targeted growth requires a dedicated leader with expertise in sales
strategy, service center management / documentation and business development
A manager will ensure focus on market analysis, customer acquisition, team
management and building strategic partnerships (wherever required)
The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and expanding the international sales
of gearbox and service.
This role involves developing and implementing export strategies, service
center management, local documentation/ logistics procedures middle east,
managing international customer relationships, Key Accounts Management
(OEM), ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and leading team, to
achieve exports sales targets.
The ideal candidate will posses in-depth knowledge of the gearbox industry,
international markets, and export logistics/ documentation
Qualification
B.E Mech / MBA
Years of Experience
7-14 years Min 2-3 years inExports salespreferably in Gearbox or industrial
machinery industry
