We're Hiring – Manager - Exports Operations (Coimbatore)

Aypols Polymers Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing player in the polymers and composites industry, is looking for a dynamic Manager - Exports Operations to join our team at Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle and respond to overseas business inquiries.

● Lead Generation and Identification of New Export Customers through Market research and handling of Existing Leads and Customers

● Prepare and send quotations, order confirmations, and consignment details.

● Coordinate with customers and fix meetings for the Exports Manager.

● Maintain smooth communication with international clients and internal teams.

● Support documentation, shipment coordination, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.

● Assist in building long-term customer relationships and expanding export markets.

● Handling the Digital Marketing segment of Overall Products .Requirements:

● Minimum 5 Years Experience in relevant operations.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & spoken English a must).

● Prior exposure to handling export inquiries and documentation preferred.

● Strong coordination and organizational abilities.

● Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

● Location: HO,New Siddapudur Coimbatore
