Role & responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive new product introductions, manage product lifecycle, and optimize the product mix across price points and channels, ensure channel conflicts are avoided by having DMDC strategy and MOP adherence.
  • P&L, Pricing & Margin Management: Develop competitive pricing strategies and design impactful trade/consumer schemes with measurable ROI along with managing the P&L for Assigned category and ensuring the healthy margins are maintained.
  • Growth Delivery: Achieve top line and Bottom-line targets while expanding distribution and increasing visibility at retail counters.
  • Forecasting & Supply Chain (PSI): Ensure timely availability of products, maintain optimal inventory levels, and support efficient supply chain operations.
  • Marketing: Design the requirement to run campaigns and align the tasks with the marketing team (for both online and offline)and ensure all the Sales tools are developed and deployed in timely manner.
  • Consumer Insights: Translate market trends and customer feedback into actionable strategies; track and understand competition landscape, conduct regular market visits to stay ahead of competition.

Preferred to have background into Geyser product/ Home Appliances / Kitchen Appliances.
