About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic, and creative
Category Executive
with a strong background in
Loose Furniture
. The ideal candidate should have a sharp design sense, strong vendor coordination skills, and the drive to go the extra mile. This role involves managing end-to-end product curation, vendor sourcing, pricing, catalogue building, and supporting category expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    Loose Furniture
    category including product research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and designers for product development and customizations.
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and operations teams to build a strong product pipeline.
  • Handle cataloging: specifications, pricing, descriptions, and quality checks.
  • Assist in creating moodboards, design references, and new product ideas.
  • Track sales performance, customer feedback, and continuously improve category offering.
  • Ensure on-time launches, updated listings, and smooth coordination with internal teams.
  • Support procurement and inventory planning for assigned SKUs.
  • Stay updated with market trends, materials, finishes, and design innovations.
  • Provide support during urgent deadlines and be flexible to contribute extra hours when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in
    Loose Furniture category
    , interior products, or furniture design (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong sense of design, creativity, and visual aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of furniture materials, joineries, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, take ownership, and deliver under timelines.
  • Proficiency in Excel, presentations, and basic understanding of cataloging.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak project phases.
