About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our vibrant People Operations team. In this role, you'll support daily HR functions and ensure seamless employee experiences across the lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. You'll report directly to the Global People Operations Manager and collaborate with global teams to uphold operational excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including document collection, HR system updates, and equipment coordination.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
Offboarding
- Oversee offboarding processes such as equipment recovery, access revocation, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Update HR systems and maintain accurate documentation for departing employees.
HR Systems & Data
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors).
- Process data updates for promotions, transfers, terminations, and compensation changes.
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and benefits administration.
- Support lifecycle events including performance reviews, promotions, and contract renewals.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure timely completion and organization of employment contracts, salary revisions, and other HR documents.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support operational needs.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Digital Workplace, Security, Global Risk & Compliance, and other departments.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or Graduate HR certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 years in HR operations, preferably in a global organization.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with adaptability to change
- Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and employment regulations
- Customer service mindset with patience and attention to detail
- Collaborative team player
