About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Functional Consultant to help businesses optimize their use

of Zoho applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various Zoho products,

including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, and other Zoho One

applications. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements,

implementing Zoho solutions, and training users to maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business processes and recommend suitable Zoho solutions.

• Implement, customize, and configure Zoho applications based on business needs.

• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.

• Develop workflows, automation, and custom reports within Zoho applications.

• Provide end-user training and documentation.

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.

• Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

• Stay updated with Zoho's latest features and updates to enhance system efficiency.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

• Zoho Suite Expertise: Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho

People, and other Zoho One applications.

• Business Process Automation: Creating and optimizing workflows, automation, and

blueprints.

• Customization & Configuration: Ability to tailor Zoho applications to fit business

requirements.

• API & Third-Party Integrations: Knowledge of integrating Zoho apps with external

systems.

• Scripting Knowledge: Experience with Deluge (Zohos scripting language) and

basic JavaScript.


• Database Management: Understanding data structures and reporting tools within

Zoho.

• Reporting & Analytics: Creating custom reports, dashboards, and data visualization.

Functional Skills:

• Process Mapping: Aligning Zoho solutions with business processes.

• User Training & Documentation: Conducting training sessions and preparing user

guides.

• Troubleshooting & Support: Identifying and resolving system issues efficiently.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze workflows and optimize system

performance.

• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve system inefficiencies.

• Communication & Client Management: Engaging with stakeholders and explaining

technical concepts clearly.

• Project Management: Handling multiple Zoho implementation projects

simultaneously.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring system configurations align with business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho Certification is a plus.

• Experience with scripting languages such as Deluge or JavaScript.

• Prior experience in business process automation or ERP/CRM consulting.
