JOB LOCATION: Noida (Work from office)

Key Responsibilities:
- Must Have a Functional Technical Understanding of Zoho CRM plus/ Zoho One package/ Zoho creator applications.
- Applying best practices on Zoho CRM and other relevant Zoho Applications like Desk, Creator, Project, Campaign, Sales IQ etc to derive the best outcomes for us.
- API Integration with other Zoho Applications as well as 3rd Party Applications.
- Understanding of Deluge Scripting / Custom functions, Zoho REST API, JavaScript, widget for complex implementation projects.
- Managing all Zoho applications for internal teams including - workflows, Assignment rules, knowledge base setup, and user access management.
Process mapping (Approval Process, lead scoring rule, assignment rule, blueprint etc.) and workflow creation.
The ideal candidate will also play a key role in extracting insights from complex datasets using Power BI integrated with CRM system to drive informed business decisions.
- Creation of reports and dashboards on all Zoho Apps, including Zoho Analytics.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Ensure seamless data integration from various sources into Zoho CRM. (Example: Oracle ERP, VB, Power BI, Meta and Google Ads)
- Develop and manage data models to support reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho CRM system usage.
Technical Skills:
- 3-5 years of strong Experience in building or implementing requirements on Zoho CRM plus products, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects and Zoho one suite.
- Experience in writing Zoho custom functions with a deep understanding of Deluge, Zoho REST API, Widget and Scheduler.
- Experience and knowledge of relational databases, including work with MySQL,
- SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS.
- Knowledge of Any Language PHP, Python, , Java, C#
- Understanding of Integration of websites, landing pages, social networking sites with Zoho CRM using any third-party app like Zoho Flow, Zapier, Webhook etc.
- Proven experience with Zoho Analytics or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong data visualisation skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
- Proficiency in SQL Query table, KPI for data querying and manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
