About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
with strong expertise in
Zoho CRM implementation and management
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, client coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of Zoho-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee
    Zoho CRM implementation and customization projects
    .
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients — manage communication, updates, and expectations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered
    on time, within scope, and budget
    .
  • Identify process gaps and recommend automation or workflow enhancements using Zoho suite (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, etc.).
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress tracking.
  • Work closely with development and support teams to ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    Project Management
    , preferably in
    Zoho ecosystem
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Zoho CRM
    (customization, automation, workflows, APIs).
  • Strong understanding of
    project lifecycle management and client communication
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Certification in Project Management or Zoho CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
