Job Summary
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department by performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. This role helps ensure smooth HR operations, accurate record-keeping, and effective employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide clerical support to the HR team.
- Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding packs, and policy updates.
- Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and maintain related data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare regular HR-related reports as requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹6, ₹15,002.88 per month
