Job Summary:

The Management Associate will work closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning, operations, and project coordination. This role is designed for candidates with strong leadership potential, analytical skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional responsibilities. The associate will undergo structured training and participate in key decision-making processes to develop managerial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, implementation, and monitoring of business strategies and organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with various departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing) to ensure seamless execution of company projects.
  • Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and present insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Support project management tasks including scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop detailed business presentations, proposals, and policy drafts.
  • Maintain effective communication between management and team members.
  • Handle administrative tasks and prepare minutes of meetings when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
