Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities such as sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates.
• Learn and work on CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and maintain updated talent databases.
• Support the HR team in HR operations including employee data management, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates.
• Engage with potential candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
• Collaborate with senior HR executives to understand business requirements and talent needs.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Fresh graduates (Any stream; preference for HR/Management backgrounds but open to all).
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Eagerness to learn Talent Acquisition practices, CRM tools, and HR operations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
