Job brief

We are looking for a Service Manager to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Job Responsibilities :

· . Revenue Generation -60 Lakh yearly

  • Conduct regular customer feedback surveys and ensure a minimum satisfaction rating of 8 or above. Take necessary actions for continuous improvement based on feedback received.
  • A dedicated team should be assigned to efficiently handle 5 AMC calls, 2–3 installation calls, and 2–3 breakdown calls on a daily basis.
  • The service team meeting should be conducted weekly independently, and a monthly meeting should be conducted with the Operations or SBA Sir.
  • The weekly and monthly data should be sent to VSA Madam and the Operations team.
  • Effective handling and accountability of standby units and customer property must be maintained at all times.
