Role overview:

We are looking for a
Sales & Growth Associate

who is equal parts
lead generation expert

and
on-ground sales closer

.

This role is best suited for someone who can:

  1. Consistently build a qualified sales pipeline using outbound tools and creative methods
  2. Confidently pitch and present to CXOs, founders, and marketing heads
  3. Convert demos and interest into signed deals

You'll work directly with the founding team and get end-to-end ownership—from lead to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation (Top-of-Funnel Ownership)
  2. Use LinkedIn, Apollo, Instantly, scraping tools, referrals, industry databases, etc., to find relevant decision-makers
  3. Build curated lead lists across industries like real estate, BFSI, mutual funds, manufacturing
  4. Write cold messages, email scripts, and WhatsApp pitches tailored to persona
  5. Run and manage outbound campaigns to drive demo bookings and calls
  6. Sales Presentations & Closures
  7. Pitch Trustvid in 1-on-1 meetings to founders, CEOs, CMOs, and CXOs
  8. Plan and deliver product demos with clarity and business impact
  9. Customize proposals and work through objections to close deals
  10. Present case studies, pricing plans, and use cases confidently and independently
  11. On-Ground Client Engagement
  12. Attend in-person meetings, expos, and events as needed
  13. Be the point person for coordination during pilot campaigns and onboarding
  14. Gather business requirements and relay them to product/tech team when necessary
  15. Sales Ops & CRM Management
  16. Maintain up-to-date CRM and Notion dashboards for pipeline tracking
  17. Coordinate contracts, NDAs, invoices, and follow-up schedules
  18. Work closely with the founders and marketing to refine sales materials

Ideal candidate:

  1. Have 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or field sales
  2. Have proven ability to build a pipeline using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn SalesNav, Google Sheets, , etc.
  3. Are presentable, confident, and persuasive in CXO-level meetings
  4. Can follow up diligently, track every lead, and push deals to closure
  5. Are fluent in English and have strong communication skills
  6. Are excited by the idea of owning both outreach and execution, not just one part of the funnel
  7. Looking to transition into a product startup
  8. Have sold creative tools, SaaS platforms, or marketing solutions before
  9. Know how to build campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Instantly, or basic automation workflows
