Role overview:
We are looking for a
Sales & Growth Associate
who is equal parts
lead generation expert
and
on-ground sales closer
.
This role is best suited for someone who can:
- Consistently build a qualified sales pipeline using outbound tools and creative methods
- Confidently pitch and present to CXOs, founders, and marketing heads
- Convert demos and interest into signed deals
You'll work directly with the founding team and get end-to-end ownership—from lead to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation (Top-of-Funnel Ownership)
- Use LinkedIn, Apollo, Instantly, scraping tools, referrals, industry databases, etc., to find relevant decision-makers
- Build curated lead lists across industries like real estate, BFSI, mutual funds, manufacturing
- Write cold messages, email scripts, and WhatsApp pitches tailored to persona
- Run and manage outbound campaigns to drive demo bookings and calls
- Sales Presentations & Closures
- Pitch Trustvid in 1-on-1 meetings to founders, CEOs, CMOs, and CXOs
- Plan and deliver product demos with clarity and business impact
- Customize proposals and work through objections to close deals
- Present case studies, pricing plans, and use cases confidently and independently
- On-Ground Client Engagement
- Attend in-person meetings, expos, and events as needed
- Be the point person for coordination during pilot campaigns and onboarding
- Gather business requirements and relay them to product/tech team when necessary
- Sales Ops & CRM Management
- Maintain up-to-date CRM and Notion dashboards for pipeline tracking
- Coordinate contracts, NDAs, invoices, and follow-up schedules
- Work closely with the founders and marketing to refine sales materials
Ideal candidate:
- Have 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or field sales
- Have proven ability to build a pipeline using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn SalesNav, Google Sheets, , etc.
- Are presentable, confident, and persuasive in CXO-level meetings
- Can follow up diligently, track every lead, and push deals to closure
- Are fluent in English and have strong communication skills
- Are excited by the idea of owning both outreach and execution, not just one part of the funnel
- Looking to transition into a product startup
- Have sold creative tools, SaaS platforms, or marketing solutions before
- Know how to build campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Instantly, or basic automation workflows
