We Are Hiring Ezy Colour Consumer Associate In Surat.

Job Title: Ezy Colour Consumer Associate

Department: Sales & Customer Service
Location: Bharuch
Reporting To: Store Manager / Regional Head
(Only male can apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate paint products and shades using the EzyColour Kiosk or digital visualization tools.

  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and application techniques.

  • Maintain in-store displays, shade cards, and sample tools to enhance visual merchandising.

  • Capture customer details and follow-up for lead generation and feedback.

  • Coordinate with the sales team and contractors to facilitate site visits or product trials when required.

  • Ensure a clean, professional, and inviting store environment.

  • Stay updated with the latest colour trends and product innovations.

  • Conduct live demos or presentations during promotional events.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve queries efficiently.

  • Track customer preferences and report insights to improve service offerings.

Eligibility / Skills Required:

  • Graduate or Diploma in any field (preferred in Interior Design / Retail / Marketing).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of colour schemes, interior aesthetics, and home décor.

  • Customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Familiarity with digital tools or retail software is a plus.

  • Fluency in local language; basic English proficiency is desirable.
