Job Descriptions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to secure placement opportunities for students.
  • Should act as an brand ambassador between institute and corporate relations
  • Collaborate with academic departments to understand students' skills and career interests.
  • Organize career fairs, recruitment drives, and other placement-related events.
  • Guide and mentor students on resume building, interview skills, and career planning.
  • Facilitate communication between students, alumni, and potential employers.
  • Track placement data and generate reports on placement statistics.
  • Provide post-placement support to students and employers.
  • Stay updated on market trends to align student training with industry demands.
  • Work closely with HR departments of partner industries to streamline hiring processes.
  • Foster a collaborative environment for students, faculty, and industry representatives.
  • Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience in MS office like Excel and power point presentations
