Summary

We are seeking a committed Accreditation Coordinator to support the accreditation and quality assurance processes of the Institute of Management. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with departments for data collection, assisting in documentation for NAAC/NBA/AACSB/AICTE, and contributing to the continuous improvement of accreditation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing, compiling, and maintaining accreditation documentation for NAAC, NBA, AACSB, and AICTE.

  • Collect and organize data from departments related to academics, research, student activities, placements, and institutional performance.

  • Maintain accurate databases, records, and files including faculty profiles, course files, research data, audit reports, and accreditation evidence.

  • Support in preparing accreditation reports such as SSR, SAR, AQAR, and required compliance submissions.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to follow up on data requirements, deadlines, and action plans.

  • Assist in scheduling review meetings, audits, quality workshops, and accreditation-related events.

  • Prepare presentations, correspondence, MIS reports, and documentation for internal and external audits.

  • Support IQAC/QAC activities and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A graduate/postgraduate with experience in academic administration or accreditation support in an educational institution.

  • Basic knowledge of NAAC/NBA/AACSB/AICTE processes is desirable.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Power BI) and digital documentation.

  • High attention to detail with strong data management, coordination, and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
