Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager based in Coimbatore. The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality control protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating with the quality assurance team to ensure the accuracy of testing methods and results. The role includes performing audits, documenting processes, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any quality-related issues.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and regulatory compliance standards in analytical testing
- Experience in laboratory operations, analytical procedures, and instrumentation
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and process improvement skills
- Proficiency in documentation, report preparation, and maintaining accurate records
- Leadership, team coordination, and effective communication skills
- Familiarity with ISO standards and accreditation processes is highly desirable
- Scientific background with a degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field; advanced certifications in quality management are an advantage
