Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a Full-Time position, the candidate is expected to bring 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing operations, staff management, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Ability to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and address complaints effectively.
  • Menu Planning (Mandatory skill): Proficient in designing diverse and appealing menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Vendor Management (Mandatory skill): Skilled at negotiating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated capability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives and enhance team performance.
  • Inventory Management: Expertise in tracking stock levels, ordering products, and minimizing waste to maintain profitability.
  • Staff Training: Focused on developing staff skills through regular training sessions to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Budgeting: Ability to manage the restaurant's financial resources effectively, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Food Safety: Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and practices to ensure compliance and health standards are met.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase repeat business.
  • Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Plan and execute menu changes by collaborating with chefs and culinary staff.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and handling vendor contracts to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, preparing reports and analyzing data for operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
  • Engage in marketing and promotional activities to boost restaurant visibility and attract new customers.
