Job Overview

Join QUKADS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Junior Telemarketing Executive, based in Hyderabad, to help us expand our client base. This full-time role requires candidates with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience in telemarketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, encouraging sales, and managing client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in cold calling and capable of engaging potential customers to generate leads and close sales effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms to support successful lead management and improved sales operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients.
  • Skilled in lead generation techniques to identify and attract potential clients interested in our services.
  • Good negotiation skills to reach beneficial agreements with clients and close sales successfully.
  • Active listening abilities to understand customer needs, handle queries, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel for data organization, tracking sales progress, and reporting.
