Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist based in Hyderabad. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer support, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the company's products and services, answering queries, and achieving sales targets. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation and sales
• Strong customer service and customer support skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using telemarketing software and CRM tools is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
