Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making calls to prospective clients to introduce reelOn's services, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries with professionalism. Additional tasks include promoting the platform's features, addressing questions or concerns, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role demands creating and fostering customer relationships while supporting the expansion of our network within the entertainment industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with potential clients and develop trustworthy relationships.
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling, ensuring efficient coordination with leads and clients.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to handle inquiries and actively promote services.
