Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Hyderabad. As a Telemarketer at Plan A Plant, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the company's green products and services. You will also play a vital role in driving sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients
  • Experience in customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Ability to handle appointment scheduling and manage time efficiently
  • Proven sales skills, including persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and knowledge of the local market is an advantage
